Static EO derived thematic classification products and masks (e.g. land use land cover classifications). Thematic classifications and feature detection identify a surface by a class label that represents a more or less persistent state. A good example product is the Copernicus Urban Atlas. The most recent available version is assumed to represent the "current" state (Certainly, an update cycle is necessary for providing a product that remains up-to-date).
