This is an instance of a concept.
Large family of plants called Orchidaceae. This family splits into houseplants, garden plants and wildflowers.
Introduction
The orchid I am discussing here is the Epipactis (Wespenorchis), and it is a wildflower. Technically speaking it is not in my garden but my neighbours garden. But it was so tempting that I decided to include it here. The flowers have produced seeds, and I am I have sown them in my garden hoping I will get a few next year. I know that this is cheating and complicated (as they live in symbiosis with fungi), but I tried anyway.
