A shrub is a kind of plant with a size between 50 centimeters and 5 meters, smaller than a tree and less upright.
Introduction
Like trees, shrubs can provide structure to a garden. They come in different heights and shapes. We can divide shrubs into three main groups:

- Evergreen shrubs
- Coniferous shrubs
It is important to think about the aspects of the shrub that are important to you. This includes the foliage color, the flowers, but you can also select a shrub that attracts insects.
