[SA3-2-1-1-1-5] Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK)

Quadrature Phase Shift Keying transmits two bits per symbol using four carrier phase states (in both the in-phase and quadrature components). It doubles spectral efficiency relative to BPSK while retaining moderate implementation complexity and robustness.
