[SA1-1-2-5-2] Sampling frequency

Sampling frequency is the rate at which an analog signal is converted to digital samples. It must satisfy bandwidth and aliasing requirements and strongly influences processing load and data volume.Typically the sampling frequency must be at least twice the bandwidth (Nyquist criterion), but bandpass sampling allows to sample a bandpass signal with a lower sampling frequency as long as one of the replicas falls near to baseband.
