Calibrating time

Calibrating time is ensuring a link between the real time and the simulation time.

Examples

Example of the tick model: 1 tick could be for example 1 day or 1 hour

  • if 1 day: agents can only do one activity per day in which they could be exposed
  • if 1 hour: agents can do many things, but simulating through the night is kind of a waste (no exposure)

Outgoing relations

  • Calibrating time is part of Time
