[IP3-7-3] Per-parcel analysis

Per-parcel analysis relies on parcels or objects as the smallest units of image analysis. The parcels are usually obtained through image segmentation that partition the input images into homogeneous units, i.e. parcels, in a supervised or unsupervised manner.
