[PP1-5-6] Helmotz’s equations; Scattering from inhomogeneous media.

Helmotz’s wave equation arises in light and acoustic scattering problem and yields the general framework to investigate and analyse the scattering of time-harmonic acoustic and electromagnetic waves by a penetrable inhomogeneous medium.
