[PP1-4-5] Beer-Bouguer-Lambert law.

If the monochromatic beam (Iλ) of radiation attenuates due to absorption, but it remains unaffected from emission contributions and multiple scattering of homogeneous Earth-Atmosphere system, it can be expressed by Beer-Bouguer-Lambert law. This law also expresses the monochromatic optical depth (τλ) and transmissivity (Τλ) of the above system.
