[PP1-3-2] Decay of the emittance with the square of distance from the source

The attenuation of radiation emitted from a source decreases with the square of the distance from its center based on inverse square law. It considers that the size of the sources increases with the square of their radius, causing the same rate of attenuation in flux density.
