[PP1-2-4] Voigt's line profile

When the altitude ranges from about 20 to 50 km, spectral line shape is determined by both collisions (Pressure Broadening) and differences in thermal velocities (Doppler broadening). This shape is referred to as the Voigt profile and it satisfies the condition of normalization.
