Zucchini

The Zucchini is also called Courgette or Summer Squash. It is an easy to grow green vegetable that belongs to the Cucurbita pepo. species.
Introduction
The Zucchini has yellow flowers from which the fruits emerge. In the vegetable garden the Zucchini is a large plant that requires 1m2 of space per plant. During summer, the plant grows close to the ground and produces large leaves.
